Special Event Permitting Coordinator

Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and oversees Temporary Use Permits as well as volunteer events in the Parks & Open Space Department, as well as other special events and volunteer events in response to division needs.  This position reports to the Manager of Business Services.

Community Liaison

Builds and maintains customer relationships and leverages those relationships to increase referral volume, extend length of stay, and expand market share in the community we serve.  Provides information and promotes hospice programs and services through campaigns to grow referral sources including but not limited to: healthcare-related agencies, skilled nursing and assisted living, physicians, facilities and hospitals.

Program Manager of Alumni Relations

The Program Manager of Alumni Relations at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus will serve as an alumni engagement officer for the campus with a primary focus on developing alumni relations programs for the CU School of Medicine MD program and the specialty training departments. This position will develop and execute a strategy with the Director of Alumni Relations and Advancement to identify alumni engagement priorities.

Director of Equity, Culture, and Community Engagement

Provide leadership and resources to assist District schools and staff with the goal of enhancing academic achievement, improving school climate, and embracing diversity, inclusion, and racial equity. Aid District schools to develop mutually supportive partnerships with all parents and community members, particularly with those that have been traditionally under-represented in District groups.

Community Relations Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities include researching and developing social policy in conjunction with the department leadership team, Human Relations Commission, other city and departments and committees and community groups; assessing and developing responses to community relations issues; managing the enforcement of the city’s Human Rights Ordinance and Failure to Pay Wages Ordinance; serving on various city-wide committees representing the department’s human rights work; and working closely with the Departme

Coordinator, Communications – Marcom and Administration

Contribute to the Communications Services team by developing compelling content in support of the district mission, including ideation, writing, formatting, editing and proofreading publications and newsletters; assist Communications and Sr. Communications Specialists with website and social media content, newsletters, special event coordination, school marketing projects, etc. Strong writing skills are required. Working knowledge and application of AP style.
