The Director of Policy & Government Relations is responsible for directing the CAFP’s Government Relations activities.

Member Communications Manager

As Member Communications Manager, you will work with Member Communications Lead to deliver world-class communications—notifications, nudges, engagement—to a large and growing base of customers and prospects for the Visible brand; you’ll leverage email, SMS and push notification. You will move adeptly between ownership of strategic projects and operation of the nuts-and-bolts of our martech stack (campaign buildout, tracking, documentation, etc.). You will own the customer experience as it bears on outbound touches—from customer onboarding and ongoing engagement to Net Promoter Score and cross-team deep dives into quantitative member experience measurement. Though we leverage email, SMS, and app-push, this is much more than an email-marketing job or a batch-and-blast operation; we seek a candidate who has managed full customer lifecycles (ideally in a subscription business) and triggered-message infrastructure.

Director of Communications

The Director of Communications will plan, direct, and coordinate activities designed to maintain a favorable public image while educating the general public and raising awareness about Indian issues, as defined in NARF’s fifth guiding priority. Responsible for brand management and promotion. Responsible for outreach and
engagement, including media events and activities, press and media contacts, spokesperson training, and the creation of social media and communication materials and public position statements. Serves as a NARF spokesperson with the media. Supervises other communications staff.

Director of Inclusion Learning and Development in People Development

As the Director of Inclusion Learning and Development in People Development, you will lead with a sense of urgency and genuine passion for Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. You will have the overall responsibility to drive an inclusion-centric learning strategy in order to activate and accelerate a culture of belonging. You will manage a high performing learning and development team with expertise in the design, development, management, delivery, and measurement of learning programs and resources designed to build awareness and advocacy of DEI at Google.

Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsible for developing and implementing both marketing plans and materials. In addition to design, responsible for maintaining, updating, and being familiar with best practices and regulations related to the El Paso County website. Provides general media relations services on behalf of the El Paso County Community Services Department, including answering media inquiries, writing and issuing press releases, and event planning.

Director, Community Relations and Public Policy

Oversee and direct Mental Health Center of Denver’s community, government and corporate relations. Facilitate cross-sector partnerships that comprehensively and creatively meet the mental health and related well-being needs of the community. Serve as the organization’s lead in coordinating our public policy and advocacy initiatives. Will have overall responsibility for growing the organization’s consultation services. Collaborate closely with other key staff at the Mental Health Center of Denver to accomplish strategic goals.

Communications Adminstrator

The Communications Administrator supports proactive and reactive external communications initiatives as a member of DaVita’s corporate communications team. The ideal candidate will develop an understanding of DaVita’s business goals, its clinical needs and, from that understanding, create content to build and protect DaVita’s reputation as a clinical leader. Key duties include writing, developing and pitching media stories, coordinating internal and external content strategy, content monitoring and reporting, project management and coordinating/maintaining the integrity of other communications and marketing special projects.
