You will ensure our board of director processes are efficient, effective, and compliant, provide guidance to leadership on intergovernmental relations, legislative matters, and industry trends, lead public outreach initiatives, oversee branding and media relations, and play a critical role in emergency response communications.

The Town Manager reports to the Mayor and Board of Trustees and is responsible for the overall operation of the Town and all Town Staff. Provides leadership and strategic direction for the Fairgrounds and Event Center Department. Responsible for all business and operational aspects of the Montrose County Fairgrounds and Events Center. Work involves strategic planning and ensuring customer satisfaction and the protection of County property and assets. Works in cooperation and coordinates with other County staff.
