Revenue Technician

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, tax return and payment processing, license application review, daily cash balancing and batch reconciliation, and the management of business correspondence. Manages direct front line communications and provides customer service to the public, agents, contractors, and other city staff in a professional manner.

Position is responsible for problem solving issues with businesses relating to the reporting of various taxes and fees, including: Sales, Use, Accommodation, B&O (Business & Occupation), Cable, Gas & Electric, PEG (Public, Educational, and Governmental), and PIF (Public Improvement Fee) accounts. Identifies and researches businesses with accounts potentially out of compliance; reviews tax information and taxing requirements; and enforces tax collection activities for non-payment of taxes, as necessary. Confers with taxpayers and the general public in person, on the telephone, and in writing.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is a marketing generalist role that will own Rachio’s local marketing efforts, drive marketing execution of Rachio’s promotional campaigns throughout the year as well as manage our PR agency relationships. It’s an exciting role that has ownership of budgets as well as direct management of agency partners to drive top of funnel awareness and broad adoption of Rachio for consumers.

Rachio has identified key markets in the country and needs help driving consumer awareness and adoption in these markets through local marketing campaigns. This role will execute a fully integrated marketing plan that will capitalize on this opportunity and drive product adoption in the markets selected. This is a great chance to build a replicable model for local marketing and own a campaign from ideation through execution with a strong emphasis on results.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving execution of Rachio’s promotional marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity to work across the entire marketing team as well as cross-functionally to ensure Rachio’s promotional campaigns are prepared and executed in an efficient manner with buy-in across key stakeholders. A strength in project management and attention to detail is crucial – if you pride yourself in making sure no stone is left unturned and are known for your expert-level communication skills, we want to hear from you!

This role will also have ownership of our PR agency relationships and will build a strategy for driving Rachio brand awareness through our press relationships. You could be coordinating with Wired about the latest Rachio release one day and then setting up a local Denver news interview the next – all with the support of a world-class agency partner.

Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator (AC) is responsible for providing support to his/her assigned Account Service team. This includes, but is not limited to, opening jobs, project management, and, in general, supporting the client Account Director. This job also involves general office support.

The Account Coordinator reports directly to the Account Director, but may also be assigned tasks by other members of the team. Account Coordinators oversee interns and may occasionally be asked to oversee the work of a temporary freelancer (creative), as needed.

As with all members of the COHN team, Account Coordinators must follow the policies described in the COHN handbook, attend all internal meetings, and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while working to instill a positive work environment at the company.
