This position is an individual contributor responsible for transforming financial and operations data into meaningful information supporting decision-making and financial stewardship. This position will lead financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and financial reporting; as well as evaluate financial results, trends, emerging issues to supports strategic and operational decisions. This position is a primary resource for improving financial reporting and analysis.

With an annual budget of roughly $2.1 million, the Philanthropy Director oversees and runs WW’s entire fundraising program, including our major donor portfolio, membership program, events, grants, and business sponsorships. The Philanthropy Director supervises the Marketing and Philanthropy Manager, and works in partnership with the Executive Director, program staff, and relevant contractors on these revenue streams.
