Managing Editor

The Managing Editor will manage BRL’s day-to-day newsroom operations, driving coverage and ensuring stories are edited and published on schedule. This person will manage the editorial calendar, coordinate assignments and deadlines across staff reporters, freelancers and contributors, and track stories from assignment through publication.

Director of External Affairs

The Colorado Director of External Affairs leads the collaborative development of high-level policy priorities and strategies for the Colorado Business Unit. Reporting to the Executive Director of Friends of the National Center, this position will lead corporate and foundation fundraising efforts on behalf of UCAR. This role identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards foundation and corporate funding to secure significant philanthropic support advancing UCAR’s mission, while managing a portfolio of institutional donors and prospects in close collaboration with leaders across UCAR and NSF | NCAR.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on, entry-level role supporting OIA’s marketing and communications team across digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, content, and design. This person will help execute day-to-day marketing activities, maintain OIA’s website, support member- and event-related communications, and utilize AI tools to build reports, automate reporting workflows, and support content channels.

Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager leads a team of several accounting professionals and oversees the firm’s day-to-day accounting operations. They are responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role reports to the Director of Finance and combines strong people leadership with deep operational accounting expertise.
