Communications Specialist

The communications specialist plays an essential role in executing the department’s day-to-day communications tasks. This position will assist in creating and updating content for the Department website, writing and managing posts on social media, tracking data and preparing reports, and assisting with formatting external communications products.

Community Outreach & Education Coordinator

The Community Outreach & Education Coordinator (COEC) will be responsible for a dual role. Two-thirds of the position will be responsible for teaching 6th-12th grade students Donor Alliance’s Transplantation Science program throughout the school year. The remainder of the time will be spent doing grassroot community outreach with various organizations across Colorado and Wyoming. This position will require travel to schools and locations across both states.

This position directs and leads all functions of the IT department (including internal staff, contractors, and technology vendors) by evaluating, planning, and coordinating activities associated with technology, while ensuring a high level of performance for all technology systems and platforms.  This position serves as technology subject matter expert for all departments of the Center.

CRM Manager, Mobile

The CRM Manager, Mobile will be responsible for the leadership and execution of multi-channel CRM initiatives with a heavy emphasis on mobile marketing. The position will primarily focus on messaging, segmentation, and channel strategy throughout the customer journey, working closely with other digital channels to drive incremental visits and revenue, as well as build customer retention and loyalty.

The Procurement Specialist assists the Procurement Director with all aspects of procurement and contracting for OEDIT in compliance with all state and federal laws, rules, policies, procedures and guidelines. The position is responsible for leading the marketing analytics practice that provides business insights, campaign analytics, and data mining that drives strategy and results across Alterra. The Marketing Analytics Manager provides leadership and management of the marketing analytics platform, key analytic report/dashboard generation, modeling projects, and data processes from the customer database to the analytics platform.

Business Development Marketing Strategist

The position is responsible for developing new revenue strategies specific to venues and entertainment properties through outreach to venue agency partners, corporate sponsors, fans, venue staff and more.

The Development Associate (LETR) will be responsible for assisting in planning events, fundraising, marketing, volunteer recruitment, engaging and recruiting law enforcement and community partners, and is responsible for administrative tasks within the Law Enforcement Torch Run Department (LETR).
