This position is responsible for coordinating donor communications, managing event logistics, and maintaining accurate donor data to help deepen relationships and grow philanthropic support. The Development Coordinator will collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless donor experience, support the execution of appeals and events, and play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence within the Development team.
Supports the Development Department by coordinating Patron Communications and Young Professional Fundraising activities. Communications include but are not limited to email newsletters, annual printed newsletter, website updates, renewal letters and invoices for patron groups including The Museum Associates, Collectors’ Groups, other individuals, and institutional giving groups.
The Department of Communication seeks affiliates who can teach one or two sections of Media Literacy to undergraduate students in the fall 2025 semester. In the future, there would be opportunities to teach other courses in the applicant’s area of interest/expertise. Fall semester runs August 25-Dec 12. Courses meet twice per week for 75 minutes each, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30-10:45am and 11:00am-12:15pm. The course is fully developed and materials will be shared, but the instructor is welcome
