This individual manages the production and distribution of content across digital, print, and live channels to support institutional goals including audience growth, donorengagement, and brand visibility.
In addition to expertise in philanthropy, the ideal candidate should possess skills and experience related to education or youth and family programming, including the ability to effectively communicate the value and impact of YouthPower365’s initiatives. Demonstrated knowledge and genuine passion for working with children and families is essential, as it enables the Director to articulate the significance of educational programs and their transformative effect on the community.
The Development Officer is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with individual donors that will result in continued and increased revenue to fulfill Bravo! Vail’s mission. They will play a critical role in cultivating and stewarding donor relationships, growing and sustaining the number of annual donors, and implementing the annual fundraising plan.
A detail-oriented and collaborative team player, this individual support campaign planning, oversees collateral development, manages cross-functional timelines, and contributes written content for fundraising, event promotion, and public-facing communications.
