Jazz Aspen Snowmass is seeking a Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement, ticket sales, brand awareness, and community involvement. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for music and strong marketing experience. Must be detailed oriented, a fast learner, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment. Full time with some nights/weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for concerts, festivals, events, and education programs.
  • Coordinate campaigns across digital, print, radio, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee website content updates and user experience.
  • Plan and manage paid and organic social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.).
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Track and analyze digital metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Write and edit promotional copy, including event programs, blog posts, newsletters, and website content.
  • Collaborate with design team on print/digital collateral (posters, programs, ads).
  • Monitor ticket sales trends and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Manage overall marketing budget for all JAS programming (education, development, JAS Center, JAS Café, JAS Experiences, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in music, arts, or nonprofit sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva or similar platforms.

Salary – $60,000-$80,000 based on experience
