GFM is currently seeking a Content Coordinator to join our Content team in the Denver metro area.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their career who loves creating compelling digital content and wants to learn from experienced strategists while working with mission-driven clients in the nonprofit, government, outdoor conservation and healthcare sectors.
This is a hands-on role focused on bringing strategies to life – writing social media posts, building email campaigns, coordinating with influencers and creating engaging content across platforms.
Your day-to-day will vary based on client needs and account assignments. Throughout your time with us, you can expect to:

Write compelling social media copy across diverse brand voices for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit

Create engaging social media content including basic graphic design for posts and stories and vertical video creation for Reels, TikTok and Shorts

Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using various platforms based on strategies developed by senior team members

Develop content calendars and manage day-to-day posting schedules

Curate relevant content and identify opportunities to engage audiences authentically

Support full-cycle influencer marketing programs from identification and outreach through contract negotiation, creative brief development, relationship management and results reporting

Participate in client meetings, presenting your work with support from team leads and senior strategists

Manage day-to-day client communications on assigned projects

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional task management and organization

Collaborate with content team members who serve as QA partners on all deliverables
Skills/Qualifications:
-
2-5 years’ experience in social media, influencer marketing and email marketing
-
Experience creating content for social platforms with understanding of platform-specific best practices for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn

Strong copywriting abilities with attention to grammar, tone and brand voice
-
Hands-on experience creating social media content including basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and comfort shooting/editing vertical video content

Basic understanding of email marketing campaigns and willingness to learn technical aspects like automation, segmentation and CRM integrations

Comfortable learning new platforms, tools and technologies quickly

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and stay organized without things falling through the cracks

Professional communication skills and confidence participating in client meetings
