Summer Events Manager

The Summer Events Manager will help organize and manage these events in cooperation with the executive director, administrative assistant and volunteer board members.

Development and Administrative Coordinator

The Development and Administrative Coordinator will provide essential operational, administrative, and coordination support to advance the Conservancy’s fundraising efforts and overall effectiveness. This role is responsible for development database management, gift processing and acknowledgements, event support, board and committee support, and high-level scheduling and administrative assistance to the CEO.

Manager of Philanthropy: Database & Annual Giving

The Denver Public Library Friends Foundation is an independent fundraising and advocacy arm of the Denver Public Library. This position is responsible for managing the operational backbone of the Foundation’s fundraising efforts, including donor database administration, annual giving program execution, and management of the Friends membership program.

Director of Finance & Administration

More than a traditional finance role, this position blends the rigor of financial stewardship with the heartbeat of daily organizational care. Yes, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and financial strategy — but you’ll also be the person who notices when the printer jams, when supplies run low, when a workflow needs rethinking, or when a teammate needs support.

Executive Office Coordinator

Responsible for all administrative and logistical tasks in service of ensuring the Adams County Government Center’s executive workplace – including the County Manager, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and County Manager’s Office (CMO) runs smoothly.

Accounting Associate – HYBRID

This position is responsible for general accounting support for the Finance and Accounting team through directly assigned tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as necessary. General tasks include accounts payable, fund processing, and inbox tasks management.

Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst

The Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, stability, and effective use of BOEC’s Salesforce organization and other office data systems. This role serves as the bridge between programs, development, finance, and leadership—ensuring that data systems support BOEC’s mission, daily operations, reporting needs, and long-term strategic goals.
