Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) serves as chief executive of Rocky Mountain Arts Association and, through frequent collaboration with the Board, is responsible for the overall success of the organization. The ED will foster a collaborative and respectful environment that facilitates high performance of all staff and volunteers. Through a collaborative relationship, the ED will establish a culture alongside the RMArts Artistic Directors that facilitates the success of programming.

Director of Marketing

As the Director of Marketing, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to promote our acclaimed productions and events, with the ultimate goal of driving ticket sales and enhancing audience engagement. This position requires significant autonomy from September through April, during which you will manage all marketing initiatives independently.

The Ticketing Operations Manager is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the institutions’ Point of Sale (POS) and membership database system. This position will manage data integrity, generate reports, and provide teams with insights on how to optimize processes with the goal of improving donor/member engagement and retention, increasing class registrations and increasing general ticket purchases.
