Colorado Regional Program Manager

The Colorado Regional Program Manager (RPM) oversees all aspects of BCM programming in Colorado, including logistics and execution of day trips, overnights, and weeklong backcountry expeditions. The RPM manages relationships with youth agency partners, coordinates instructors and volunteers, and oversees the regional budget.

Volunteer Manager

The Colorado Railroad Museum seeks a friendly, creative, and organized individual to oversee its expansive Volunteer Program. This individual oversees all aspects of the Volunteer Program including recruitment, training, placement, record keeping, and supervising volunteer staff. The Volunteer Coordinator also works closely with the Event Manager to ensure that all volunteer positions for staffing events are filled and directly supervises these volunteers.

Community Outreach Coordinator (PT)

This position creates engaging digital and print content, manages social media communication, coordinates outreach initiatives, and may represent the Town at community events.  The ideal candidate is creative, organized, community-oriented, and passionate about public service.

Community Engagement Coordinator

The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and coordinating a robust community relations strategy, with a particular focus on building relationships with community partners, civic engagement, community outreach, and engaging Jefferson County residents.

Vice President of Community Services

This role is a culture steward who sets the tone for how we show up for each other and for the people we serve by modeling curiosity, accountability, equity, and a deep respect for lived experience. The position will ensure that all CCH community service programs provide consistent, quality and integrated services, and will guide the development and expansion of existing community services throughout CCH.

Community Engagement Program Manager

As part of the Organizational Excellence team within the City Manager’s Office, you will help shape how the city gathers feedback, shares information, and builds trusted relationships with community members, businesses, neighborhood groups, nonprofits, and community partners. The work includes developing engagement strategies, improving organization-wide practices, analyzing participation data, and helping staff communicate complex information in accessible ways.

Program Manager, Energy Assistance

The Energy Assistance Program Manager drives the company’s focus on energy equity and helps connect customers with energy assistance resources, with an emphasis on reducing the energy burden for low to moderate income and disproportionately impacted customers.
