Volunteer Manager

The Colorado Railroad Museum seeks a friendly, creative, and organized individual to oversee its expansive Volunteer Program. This individual oversees all aspects of the Volunteer Program including recruitment, training, placement, record keeping, and supervising volunteer staff. The Volunteer Coordinator also works closely with the Event Manager to ensure that all volunteer positions for staffing events are filled and directly supervises these volunteers.

Communication & Engagement Supervisor

This role combines staff supervision with hands-on communication work to meet department needs. Under general direction of the Assistant City Manager, leads, directs, and manages neighborhood and community service activities, programs, and community outreach to develop and improve community programs and services to the citizens of the City which strengthens neighborhoods and enhances the quality of life in Thornton.

Guest Experience Associate

The Guest Experience Associate sits at the interaction of hospitality, office operations, and brand stewardship. This role is responsible for creating a seamless, high-touch experience for all guests while supporting the daily rhythm of the office and overseeing the Daniels Fund’s premier community meeting space.

Community Engagement Program Manager – Department of Safety

The Program Manager will represent the Executive Director in various community settings, help cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships, and coordinate meetings, engagements, and events that advance the department’s mission. The Program Manager will also directly manage the Executive Director’s calendar to ensure all priorities are coordinated properly.

Director of Colorado Community Outreach and Government Relations

Working under the General Counsel, and in close collaboration with the Managing Director, Festival and Institute Operations, the Director will lead Sundance Institute’s efforts to engage the Boulder and wider Colorado community. The Director will work across departments to develop and execute strategies to make the Festival and the Institute an active and positive community member and successfully advance opportunities for storytellers in Colorado.

Cultural Arts Assistant – Seasonal

The Adams County Parks, Open Space and Cultural Arts Department seeks a candidate for a part-time temporary position to work directly with the Cultural Arts Division to bring the Department’s Vision – To significantly enhance quality of life, enrich communities & INSPIRE! – to life through the lens of arts and culture.
