Director of Mission Programs

The Director of Mission Programs is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of year-round mission-driven programming within the Legacy Building. This role advances the mission of the National Western Stock Show by delivering impactful agriculture education, Western heritage experiences, youth programming, and community engagement initiatives.

Neighborhood Engagement Specialist

The position facilitates ongoing communication and relationship-building between residents, community members and city staff, and helps identify opportunities for neighborhood-level engagement, events and initiatives. The role assists with organizing engagement activities, responding to neighborhood inquiries and supporting collaborative efforts to address community concerns.

Wildlife Campaigner

Our Conservation and Wildlife Campaign Associate will work to help advance solutions in Colorado that protect special places and critical wildlife including reducing pesticide use that undermines bees and pollinators. This position requires exercising discretion and independent judgment in making decisions in matters of significance.

Community Engagement Program Manager

As part of the Organizational Excellence team within the City Manager’s Office, you will help shape how the city gathers feedback, shares information, and builds trusted relationships with community members, businesses, neighborhood groups, nonprofits, and community partners. The work includes developing engagement strategies, improving organization-wide practices, analyzing participation data, and helping staff communicate complex information in accessible ways.

Coordinator for Student Engagement

This position leads the development and execution of a wide range of events, particularly late-night and weekend programming, including both small-scale initiatives and large, complex campus events. Signature programming includes high-impact engagement opportunities during key times of the academic year such as Halloween, St. Patrick’s Day, and Finals, when student connection and support are especially critical.

Senior Project Manager of Strategic Infrastructure Program Affairs

In this role, you will perform advanced professional level work by leading management of strategic public affairs, communications, and coordination to support the successful delivery of the Elevate, RISE, and Vibrant Denver bond programs. In this role, you will help align project delivery with voter commitments, guide stakeholder engagement efforts, and ensure effective collaboration across internal and external partners.
