The position supports the Strategic Communications Lead in developing and implementing communications strategies, supporting business development efforts, and building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, jurisdictions, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders. Experience with energy infrastructure projects, particularly electric transmission, is strongly preferred but not required.

The Manager II, Community Engagement is a key role that connects retail team members, and community stakeholders to the mission, values, and goals of the organization. This individual will develop and manage internal communications to retail employees to strengthen their mission awareness, as well as lead external outreach efforts that build relationships with local communities and partners.
