Grant Writer

The Grants Manager is a key member of Colorado Health Network’s (CHN) Advancement Team (donor relations and fundraising, grants management, events, marketing, communications, quality assurance and improvement). This is a high-impact role at the center of CHN’s operations and is responsible for supporting the mission of CHN by managing all aspects of the grants program.

Manager, Prospect Management & Research

The Manager of Prospect Management & Research leads the organization’s prospect identification, research, and portfolio management systems to support strategic fundraising growth.This role will work closely with frontline fundraisers and executive leaders to identify new philanthropic prospects, maintain strong portfolio management practices, and ensure staff are focused on the highest potential opportunities. The Manager will help build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of mid and major donors.

Sr. Manager, Annual & Mid-Level Giving

The Senior Manager of Annual & Mid-Level Giving is a key driver of revenue growth and donor pipeline development, leading the strategy and execution of multi-channel annual giving campaigns and a high-performing mid-level donor program. This role is responsible for growing unrestricted revenue, increasing donor retention and value, and building a strong pipeline of future major donors by moving supporters along a clear journey from membership to annual giving to deeper philanthropic investment.

Individual Giving Director

The Individual Giving Director is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive major gifts individual giving strategy that grows philanthropic investment and deepens community engagement across City Year Denver. This role will lead efforts to secure financial support from individuals and family foundations, build and manage a high-performing donor portfolio, and strengthen a culture of philanthropy and donor engagement across the site.

Development Officer

As the Development Officer you will be responsible for all aspects of assigned events, outreach activities, various aspects of individual giving, and utilizes the Champion database, Raiser’s Edge, to drive revenue.

Grant Specialist

The Grant Specialist is responsible for researching and identifying grant opportunities, developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals, and managing and reporting on grant awards to support the City’s Parks and Recreation Department.

Development Director

The Development Director will generate revenue for our annual Heart Walk & CycleNation fundraising campaigns. These campaigns include our signature Heart Walk & CycleNation events. This is an office-based position that offers a hybrid schedule. The office is in Denver, Colorado.

Fundraising Data Specialist

We’re hiring a Development Services Data Specialist to process fundraising data and records. You’ll help our development team access accurate and timely donor and donation information, and support data process development to improve record-keeping systems. If you’re detail-oriented, process-focused, and motivated by ensuring clean data is accessible to your team, we want to talk to you!

Director of Development, Foundation Relations

The Director serves as a subject matter expert in the area of institutional giving (predominately private foundations) and will possess the sound technical expertise needed to adeptly and independently navigate pre- and post-award grant processes in close partnership with the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, unit grant administrators, budget officers, and fiscal compliance experts.

Manager, Institutional Giving

Working closely under the Associate Director, Institutional Giving, this role manages a diverse institutional portfolio, identifying and cultivating mission-aligned foundations and government entities to secure sustainable financial support and multifaceted partnerships for the Institute’s programs.
