Senior Director of Individual Philanthropy

The Senior Director of Individual Philanthropy (“Director”) leads the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals and family foundations that currently support—or have the capacity to support—Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.

Director of Development

The Director of Development is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s fundraising and resource development strategies to ensure sustainable growth and advancement of its mission. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders, while overseeing a comprehensive development plan that includes major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and fundraising events.

The Director of Development and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the Aurora Public Schools Foundation’s comprehensive fundraising strategy, marketing initiatives, and donor engagement programs to advance the organization’s mission.

Director of Fundraising, Endurance Events

Leads the execution of market-based Endurance campaigns: Bike MS (1- and 2-day cycling series) and Challenge Walk MS (3-day walk). As Director, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, you will be responsible for driving the success of a large walk event. Leading a team of dynamic volunteer leaders, you will put your proven sales and relationship management skills to work achieving revenue goals through positive engagement with corporate and community volunteer leaders.
