Director of Major Gifts

The Director of Major Gifts is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, stewarding, and tracking major gift prospects from individuals, corporations, and foundations to meet annual fundraising goals. Additionally they will also be responsible for representing the Denver Kids mission, vision, and values continuously while seeking partnerships from within the community that will best serve the organization.

Senior Manager of Major Gifts

Our goal is to reach a $76M annual operating budget by 2030 and major gifts are a key area of income growth. The Senior Manager of Major Gifts will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with major corporate, foundation and individual donors to generate substantial six to seven figure multi-year donations.

Fundraising and Events Manager

The Fundraising & Events Manager plays a pivotal role in keeping BCM’s development functions healthy and strong. This position will work closely with BCM’s development team in all aspects of fundraising, and will be primarily responsible for BCM’s community fundraising events nationwide, as well as seeing BCM’s signature peer-to-peer adventure fundraising campaigns successful.

Associate Artistic Director

As a core member of our small team, this person will participate in visioning, planning, and implementing organizational programming and practices. They will be the key leader of our resource development efforts and manage additional programming elements selected in dialogue with other staff, prospectively including producing / production management or Artist Services Program direction. They will have opportunities for professional and artistic development.

Executive Director

The Executive Director undertakes long and short-range strategic and operational planning, fundraising, and development of Union Hall programs. The Executive Director will lead the artistic, educational, and organizational vision, and be the chief spokesperson to internal and external constituencies.

Regional Philanthropy Officer/Major Gifts

This role will identify, engage, cultivate, solicit, and steward current and prospective regional individual donors in expanding their financial support of the work of the Colorado/Wyoming Red Cross Region

Lead Grants Specialist

This position will be responsible for written communication to donors, including: grant proposals, stewardship reports and informational updates – as well as donor cultivation event support and donor recognition activities.
