Outward Bound is the leading wilderness-based nonprofit experiential education organization in the United States. The Outward Bound Services Group (OBSG) is a member managed national marketing organization responsible for providing branded marketing and admissions services that drive enrollment on Outward Bound expedition courses.
OBSG’s Content Coordinator position is responsible for content creation, with a focus on written content, image and video curation, in a variety of channels including social media and the web site. The Content Coordinator supports all targeted marketing campaigns, promotions and brand communications and performs other marketing duties, as needed. The Content Coordinator reports to the National Marketing Director and works with other OBSG team members on a project-by-project basis. This position is a great opportunity for those with a passion for writing, social media and outdoor education; and desire to gain experience in marketing and social media while having a real impact on Outward Bound’s mission to change lives through challenge and discovery.
