Manager, Transit Equity

This position is responsible for envisioning, overseeing, and evaluating the organization’s efforts to foster equity in services, programs, and activities including, but not limited to Inclusive Decision Making efforts and major initiatives, Title VI Program and related efforts to comply with laws pertaining to nondiscrimination.

Housing Specialist

Determines eligibility and rent subsidies for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program using knowledge of and in accordance with federal rules and regulations to provide safe, decent and affordable housing for low-income families.

Multimedia Coordinator

Under general supervision, coordinates, creates, produces, and presents complex multimedia projects
including, but not limited to, documentation of Board of County Commissioners and Pueblo County public meetings, instructional and informational training videos, Public Service Announcements (PSA) and special event coverage, as well as digital content for internal and external platforms including social media.

Import & Customs Compliance Support

This position ensures compliance with applicable regional, local and U.S. import control laws and regulations concerning the requirements for cross-border product movement, documentation and storage, to promote cost management, revenue generation and customer/supplier support, and to protect Arrow from fines, penalties and publicity resulting from violations. The position acts as a liaison among several internal groups across Arrow businesses in an effort to ensure proper adherence to trade management and trade control laws and regulations. The position provides regulatory guidance for inbound and outbound transactions with respect to Customs and duty requirements. The position also provides occasional support for projects related to trade management and trade compliance. All responsibilities are performed in accordance with established Arrow policy, processes and procedures.

Government Affairs Manager

The primary purpose of the Government Affairs Manager is to pursue state legislative, regulatory, and grassroots advocacy strategies that support growth, sustainability and impact of public funding and policies for Nurse-Family Partnership. This role will cultivate and manage key relationships with policymakers at the state and local level, as well as district staff members of Congress, stakeholders and other funders, etc. to build support for Nurse-Family Partnership programs for a group of regionally assigned states.

Marketing Coordinator, Cultural Services

Responsible for planning and overseeing all marketing and public relations efforts for the Cultural Services Department, including the Museum/Gallery, Rialto Theater Center and Art in Public Places Program. Responsibilities include promoting departmental exhibits, programs, events, facilities and other endeavors through all forms of printed materials, advertising, social media, digital media and public relations. Assists with planning and coordinating several events for the Cultural Services Department.

Communications Professional

The National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s (NREL’s) Communications Office has an opening for a Communications Professional III who will oversee projects to communicate the laboratory’s Buildings and Thermal Sciences research through a variety of strategic programs and content channels, such as success stories, website content, newsletters, social media, and annual reports.

Policy Associate

The Policy Associate will support the development of the policy team’s work products and its advocacy. Primarily, they will conduct research and support CEO’s engagement in regulatory proceedings at the Public Utilities Commission and the Air Quality Control Commission. They will use an analytical skill set to help research, analyze and visualize energy data to inform CEO’s policies and strategies.

Finance Director

Under the mission of DOLA and the Division of the Office of the Executive Director, the Finance Director works in conjunction with the Deputy Executive Director in directing department-wide operations and developing strategic plans, mission, functions, and activities. The Finance Director coordinates efforts between divisions between DOLA and stakeholders, including the Office of State Planning Budgeting (OSPB) and Joint Budget Committee (JBC) staff, and implements department-wide initiatives and policies. The Finance Director solely oversees the budget preparation and execution and oversees accounting and financial management, purchasing/procurement and contracting risk assessment, and implementation. The Finance Director is a member of the department’s leadership team and determines appropriate fiscal, operating, capital, and staffing resources needed in DOLA’s administrative functions; approves departmental financial policy development; and is the DOLA representative to legislative authorities on budget and financial matters.
