Communications Manager

The Office of Colorado’s Child Protection Ombudsman (CPO) was established to improve the child protection system by serving as a resource to citizens, employing a complaint process for citizens to voice their concerns about child protective services and by making recommendations to the Governor’s Office, Colorado General Assembly and other stakeholders for system improvements.

Court Liaison

Be part of a first-of-its-kind program that’s transforming lives and systems at the intersection of behavioral health and criminal justice. Court Liaisons are placed across Colorado’s 22 judicial districts to serve defendants (referred to as participants) in the criminal justice system who have significant mental health needs. Liaisons provide person-centered care, working with participants to identify needs and address barriers, such as mental health, disabilities, housing, or transportation.

The position will serve as a back-up PIO for the agency and will assist with emergency operations and communications as needed

Grants Administrator – Department of Public Health and Environment

The Contracts and Grants team within DDPHE has an opening for a Grants Administrator. This position will develop, lead, and coordinate grant management for all of DDPHE. The focus areas for this position include establishing best practices for grant management, seeking and receiving new grant funds, establishing data and reporting strategy, becoming the subject matter expert on grant compliance and regulations, and other related duties as required.

Director- Public Art Program, Denver Arts and Venues

The Director will report to the Deputy Director overseeing the Cultural Affairs Division. The Director will be responsible for the operational management of core agency functional areas including the 1% for Public Art Program* projects, management and care of the City’s Public Art Collection, oversight of the Public Art Policy, funding programs for murals and temporary art in public spaces, and public art tours.

The Director of Public Relations, Outreach, and Engagement (Marketing & Communications Specialist V) position exists to manage and implement the external affairs, media relations, public information, stakeholder engagement, outreach, and education functions of the division. Tasks include strategy development, crisis communications, and anticipating and preparing for issues that will gain significant media or public attention.
