Manages the firm’s human resource programs, processes, and services.  Provides delivery of all HR functional areas: employee benefits, regulatory compliance, employee relations, talent management and acquisition, training, and general HR administration.

Employee Relations Generalist

Assist ER Manager with the planning, organization, communication and implementation of employee relations initiatives and activities across the organization. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers with respect to employee relations matters to improve work relationships, increase productivity and build trust and employee morale.  Interprets UCAR policies and procedures and provides guidance to employees and management.  Researches and resolves employee relations issues; recommends corrective/disciplinary action(s) to management and reviews corrective action documents in an effort to bring about the best possible outcome.  Conducts exit interviews and prepares reports for management to identify trends.
