Human Resources & Administrative Manager

The Human Resources and Administrative Manager is responsible for general human resources management, payroll, benefits management, internship program, volunteer groups, guild, and general support of administrative operations. This position plays a key role in attracting and retaining high quality personnel while establishing a prosperous and rewarding culture. The position requires a proactive approach in order to revamp systems and implement new technology and processes.

Culture of Respect and Inclusion Program Manager

This role is responsible for fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture by supporting Associate Resource Groups (ARGs), driving associate engagement strategies, and identifying and implementing initiatives that embed this core value across the enterprise.

Sr. Manager Compensation

As the Sr. Manager Compensation, this role is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and evolving global compensation and incentive programs that drive business performance, attract and retain top talent, and reinforce Crocs’ Total Rewards philosophy. This role partners closely with senior leaders, Finance, and HRBPs to deliver scalable, market-competitive, and compliant compensation solutions. This role is based in Broomfield, Colorado.

Director, Employee Success

We are looking for a seasoned, strategic leader to join our People Team as the Director, Employee Success. This is a leadership role designed for a “builder” who can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and the daily employee experience. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own the end-to-end talent strategy for our most critical business units, ensuring that our people’s growth and organizational design are as innovative as our technology.

Senior Manager, Payroll Operations

Oversees daily payroll operations to ensure all district employees are paid on time and accurately. Prepares tax filings and assures the District is in federal, state, and union compliance. Focus includes semi-monthly and off cycle payroll processing, deduction and garnishment processing, employment verification, and employee inquiries and requests. Develops payroll processes, procedures and trainings.

Internal Communications Manager

This role plays a critical part in developing and executing communication strategies that align messaging and strengthen relationships across diverse audiences and channels to support Tallgrass’ business priorities. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex information and concepts into clear, compelling, and effective communications.
