Director of Advancement

The Director of Advancement (DoA) is a senior executive leader responsible for the strategic direction, management, and execution of all fundraising and philanthropic activities for Urban Peak. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the DoA leads a comprehensive development program that supports an approximately $12 million annual operating budget and advances Urban Peak’s mission to end youth homelessness.

Scholar Success Manager

The Scholar Success Manager plays a vital role in advancing the mission of the Daniels Fund by ensuring Daniels Scholars are supported, empowered, and positioned for long-term success. In this role, the Manager leads core components of the Scholar Support strategy, oversees day-to-day execution of advising and engagement initiatives, and contributes to the continuous improvement of scholarship services.

Director, Grants Program

The Director, Grants Program will serve as a pivotal leader in shaping and elevating the Daniels Fund’s grantmaking. This leader will oversee the full grantmaking lifecycle, from application and evaluation through reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role carries significant responsibility for stewarding financial resources, strengthening grantee partnerships, and ensuring every aspect of the program reflects Bill Daniels’ values and donor intent.
