Executive Director

Pennock Center for Counseling is seeking an Executive Director who is a licensed mental health therapist to oversee our programs and lead our organization. This position provides management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the center and an opportunity to mentor and train clinicians through supervisory relationships with staff therapists and graduate interns. This unique position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial leadershipof The Blue Bench. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will oversee a team of 25+ personnel(employee and contract) and work closely with leadership to ensure the organization’s mission iseffectively carried out.

Philanthropy Officer

The Philanthropy Officer will work with the Manager of Philanthropy and Planned Giving to develop and implement a strategy targeting individuals capable of making significant annual contributions of $10,000 or more to support the mission of Humane Colorado.

Conservation Finance Director

The Conservation Finance Director will develop and implement strategies to strengthen economic support for the conservation and stewardship of working lands in the American West. This will include working with landowners, state and federal agencies, businesses and the philanthropic community to develop and promote market opportunities, economic incentives and regulatory support.
