The Asset Management Associate coordinates the day-to-day operations for each property-owning LLC in the Alder Point portfolio, working to align each asset’s performance with both financial returns and impact objectives. This role will work closely with Alder Point’s investment and operations teams, as well as local property managers, community stakeholders, and finance and operations service providers, to maintain on-plan and on-budget operations for each property.
The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for keeping the firm’s operational engine running smoothly and efficiently, enabling the team to do its best work. This role will own the day-to-day execution of all major processes across finance, accounting, treasury, human resources, IT, and office administration for Alder Point’s management company and its investment vehicles.
This individual will lead the planning and execution of core commercial events throughout the year, including customer workshops, healthcare provider education programs, KOL engagements, customer dinners, tradeshows, regional meetings, and national sales meetings—including our annual National Sales Training Meeting with more than 400 attendees.
