The Program Associate position is an entry level position within the Foundation’s community engagement department. This role supports the program manager and is primarily focused on executing activities within their program to ensure (1) program participants have the resources they need to achieve their goals, (2) program participant data is up to date, and (3) program is best in class and processes and offerings are executed and improved upon over time.
