Provide a variety of administrative functions and project support to Conferences and Events department. Provide day-to-day oversight of department operations. Handle projects that may be complex or technical in nature.
The Conference Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting conference and family reunion groups by providing information, knowledge and support to ensure all conference services are delivered in a timely, efficient, professional and ethical manner.
This role facilitates educational workshops, represents Judi’s House at outreach events, strengthens relationships with community organizations, and supports initiatives that advance the organization’s mission. The ideal candidate is an engaging presenter, skilled relationship builder, and organized project coordinator with a passion for serving bereaved children, families, and communities.
The Events and Engagement Coordinator develops and implements outreach events for the Colorado Business Unit, coordinates key activities for the Young Professionals program, elevates brand awareness and coordinates our outreach partnerships.
