Deputy Director

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Deputy Director will have both internal and external facing responsibilities, ranging from project management (organizational development, internal systems development, written products) to administration (information systems oversight, office management) and human resources (HR/recruiting, mentoring, professional development). The Deputy Director will supervise and support several staff members on our team of nine employees.

Chief Development Officer

The Conservation Lands Foundation (CLF) is seeking a strategic, people-centered, and mission-aligned Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead and grow its national fundraising efforts. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Team, the CDO will oversee a high-performing development team, build deep donor partnerships, and shape the strategy, culture, and systems that support CLF’s next chapter of growth and impact.

Senior Director of Operations and Human Resources

The Blue Bench seeks a collaborative, data-driven leader to serve as the organization’s Senior Director of Operations and Human Resources (HR). This role manages and oversees operations, HR, IT, Facilities, and Risk Management, and supervises accounting and financial duties in collaboration with Executive Director.
