Director, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety

The Director of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety will lead and direct CHA patient safety programs and initiatives. The CHA Patient Safety Program is robust and dynamic, and has a critical role that contributes to the achievement of both CHA’s commitment to improve hospitals’ clinical performance, and meet CHA yearly target metrics as well as its overall mission/vision/strategy. This program closely works with CHA member hospitals and health systems and the American Hospital Association to achieve both individual facility and statewide goals in the area of clinical improvement and patient safety. Additionally, this director collaborates with numerous outside organizations and collaboratives regarding the total continuum of care, which in turn affects the care given by CHA members, within their settings.

Marketing and Communications Manager

The Denver Hospice has an immediate opening for a Marketing and Communications Manager. This position is responsible for managing and growing brand strategy to align with the intentions of the organization. Responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing communications programs, be it internal or external that effectively describe and promote the organization. Responsible for ensuring digital marketing programs are operating optimally, effectively, and achieving desired results. The Marketing and Communications Manager will have demonstrated experience successfully executing marketing and communications campaigns.

Project Manager, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety

The Project Manager for Quality and Patient Safety will be primarily responsible for managing various aspects of project development and implementation for quality and patient safety initiatives in which CHA engages. The position collaborates with clinical quality managers in the Patient Safety Department to assure that these initiatives are successfully planned and implemented.

Accounting and Billing Clerk

The Colorado Telehealth Network (CTN) mission is to maximize access to health care services, especially in underserved regions of the state, through information and communications technology. CTN is the federally designated provider for Colorado’s health care broadband infrastructure. CTN works in partnership with health information technology entities in the state.

Summary:

The position reports to the Director of Colorado Telehealth Network (CTN) and works directly with the Broadband Director and Billing Specialist to manage data entry and billing for all CTN programs.

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer, under the direction of the Director of Marketing, has accountability to produce graphic communications across all Colorado Access (and its subsidiary) products / lines of business.

HR Communications Specialist

The Communication Specialist will be responsible for working with the Director to create a strategic communications plan for the Human Capital Management (HCM) project. Responsible for technical writing, training, and troubleshooting for the HCM implementation project and other human resources functions. Position will create technical documents and manuals, create website content, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner and work with staff to ensure understanding of campus specific processes/instructions and information. Responsible for developing and presenting training and trouble-shooting system issues.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the marketing and promotional efforts for various product lines and projects. This position will create and execute small marketing campaigns and tactics and coordinate multiple priorities. The ideal candidate responds quickly and positively to change and works well independently as well as in a team.

Director of Philanthropy

The Director of Philanthropy and Communications is an established professional with superior communication, relationship building, and strategic thinking skills, leading all fundraising and communications activities for Judi’s House and JAG Institute. This individual must have a proven track record overseeing development and communications in a non-profit setting, as well as strong management skills. They lead the development and implementation of the fundraising and communications strategy for the organization, and manage all components including but not limited to major and planned gifts, grant writing and management, fundraising and donor appreciation events, annual giving, branding, messaging, social media, and communications to all constituents. The Director of Philanthropy and Communications partners with the Executive Team, Board Chair, Board Members, and staff to best position the organization for effective donor cultivation and stewardship. As such, this individual must have experience in the successful solicitation of high net-worth donors, securing of corporate and foundation gifts and grants, and engagement and motivation of stakeholders at the local and national level to help maximize the organization’s current impact and future growth.

Associate Vice President of Marketing

As the AVP, Marketing, you will shape our marketing strategy and develop marketing policies, programs, and systems to support the strategic direction of our company. Specific responsibilities include hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of our marketing team; campaign oversight; implementing best-in-class lead generation techniques; market research and planning; strategic direction for all promotion, advertising, graphic design, branding, and digital activities; along with tactical and strategic alignment with our sales team.
