The Social Media and Reputation Management Strategist is responsible for engaging and interacting with targeted communities via social media platforms, reputation management software, and other key communication platforms. The strategist is responsible for creating and posting content to Denver Health’s social media platforms, to include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and more. Work involves developing and executing social media and outreach strategy for Denver Health and its properties, engaging with current and new patient (and prospective patient) populations by posting engaging content, answering reviews and comments, managing the hospital’s online reputation, assisting in crisis communication, analyzing feedback on a weekly/monthly basis, handling social media advertising, and developing fresh, creative strategies for service lines. The strategist uses daily data and analytics to drive decision-making around social media and online reputation strategy.
