Vantage is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Internal Communications to lead and elevate our internal communications strategy across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication initiatives that align with the company’s goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a cohesive and informed workforce.

Reporting directly to the VP, Chief of Staff & Communications, you’ll own Evolve’s internal communication, drive executive visibility, and ensure communications, community, and culture all reinforce one another. This role is ideal for someone who sits at the intersection of storytelling, transformation, and operational excellence – someone who thrives in shaping narrative, reducing complexity, and creating an environment where teammates feel informed, connected, and engaged.
The Internal Communications Manager ensures clear, consistent and aligned internal communication across Swisslog Healthcare, enabling effective execution of strategy and supporting an open and informed organizational environment. It translates business priorities, leadership decisions and group level narratives into coherent communication that is understood across regions, functions and employee groups.
The Manager II, Community Engagement is a key role that connects retail team members, and community stakeholders to the mission, values, and goals of the organization. This individual will develop and manage internal communications to retail employees to strengthen their mission awareness, as well as lead external outreach efforts that build relationships with local communities and partners.
