The Culture, Events, & Workplace Operations Manager serves as a people-oriented operator who elevates the employee experience, strengthens community partnerships, and ensures the workplace environment consistently reflects our culture and values. This role blends ownership of internal communications, events, community engagement, culture programs, and workplace experience initiatives, alongside tactical HR operations and executive-level support.

This is a leadership role designed for a “builder” who can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and the daily employee experience. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own the end-to-end talent strategy for our most critical business units, ensuring that our people’s growth and organizational design are as innovative as our technology.
This internship is designed for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, contribute, and grow in the areas of employee engagement, internal communications, event planning, and employer brand. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a corporate communications and culture function operates while supporting meaningful projects that impact employees across the company.
