Policy Director

The Policy Director will lead the organization’s state and federal policy strategy, working with leadership, advisors, members, and partners to identify priorities and execute strategies to achieve policy goals. This role includes representing the organization to policymakers, facilitating committees, conducting research and policy analysis, drafting briefs, letters, and implementing advocacy campaigns.

Policy Reporter / Intelligence Analyst

We’re hiring a Policy Reporter / Intelligence Analyst to operate on the front lines of Colorado policymaking.This is not traditional reporting. This is real-time legislative intelligence.You’ll be embedded at the State Capitol — tracking hearings, identifying emerging policy trends, and delivering actionable insights to a professional subscriber audience that depends on speed and accuracy.

Chief Advancement Officer

The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) is a senior executive leader responsible for advancing the mission of Western Landowners Alliance through philanthropic revenue generation, strategic marketing and public relations. The CAO leads the strategy and execution of a diversified, values-aligned fundraising, marketing and communications program that advances WLA’s mission to sustain working lands, promote land stewardship, and strengthen communities and landscapes across the American West.

Chief Development Officer

The Chief Development Officer leads the strategy and execution of all fundraising efforts in support of Special Olympics Colorado’s mission, driving growth across major gifts, special events, individual and planned giving, corporate partnerships, and Law Enforcement engagement statewide. This role is responsible for strengthening fundraising infrastructure and expanding annual revenue.

Western Regional Coordinator

The Western Regional Coordinator helps grow and support Special Olympics programs across Western Colorado. This role works with schools (preschool through college) to build Unified Sports® and inclusive school programs, while also supporting community outreach, volunteer engagement, and regional fundraising efforts.

Public Programs & Tours Specialist

The Public Programs & Tours Specialist is responsible for the administration and coordination of engaging, inclusive programs and tours for adult audiences, both onsite and online, and in the community. This role supports the Museum’s mission by fostering a deeper public connection to Still’s work and creating meaningful experiences that welcome and inspire a wide range of visitors.
