Senior Director of Community Health

The Senior Director of Community Health Programs plays an integral role in Groundwork Denver’s Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic direction of Community Health Partnerships (CHPs) with local residents and neighborhoods. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Senior Director of CHPs oversees Groundwork Denver’s Community Health Programs, which include the Energy, Water, and Community Health (Civic Engagement & Tree Care) programs.

Benefits and Payroll Administrator

The Benefits & Payroll Administrator will be responsible for preparing payroll, administering the full suite of RMPM’s benefits program including health benefits, soft benefits, workers’ compensation, and leaves of absence, maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS reporting, and overseeing unemployment claims.

Events Specialist

this position will coordinate logistics for the following annual fundraising events: JA Golf Invitational, Dinner and Silent Auction, JA Stock Market Challenge, and the Colorado Business Hall of Fame. The Events Specialist will also perform duties that support the development team, and the greater organization that leverage event coordination skills.

Chief Executive Officer

The Center’s CEO must be passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ community. This passion will resonate throughout the Board, staff, volunteers and donors, allowing the CEO to tap into the strengths and talents of many. The CEO will possess strong interpersonal skills and interact with diverse groups of people.

Executive Director

The executive director serves as the face of Keep It Colorado, provides leadership, vision and strategic direction, and is responsible for the development, oversight and implementation of policies, procedures and goals as established by the board of directors and as set forth in Keep It Colorado’s business plan. Development Director

The Development Director is a new, key leadership position that will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure funding for the organization’s operations, programs, and growth. The Manager of Fundraising Operations serves as a member of the Donor Engagement Team. Working across the Donor Impact Team, this individual plays a pivotal role in the stewardship of Water For People supporters by ensuring optimized integration for fundraising operations in support of the donor journey and organizational fundraising growth.

Foundation Fellow

The Foundation Fellow will assist with the development and execution of the foundation’s two projects: the Western Governors’ Leadership Institute (WGLI) and Celebrate the West.

Volunteer and Intern Manager

The Volunteer and Intern Manager is responsible for all aspects of volunteer and intern management, including recruitment, engagement and retention; overseeing administration and tracking of program numbers and accomplishments; and overseeing all volunteer and intern related administrative functions.

Director of Marketing & Communications

The Director of Marketing & Communications serves Catholic Sports national efforts of outreach/evangelization. They will report primarily to the President and participate in the Executive Leadership Committee addressing high-level issues the organization is encountering.
