Office Coordinator

The Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District seeks a highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team. Cultural Facilities & Events Director

The Cultural Facilities & Events Director is a creative professional responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the Art Park campus at Arkins Park (Art Park). This role oversees the coordinated management of the Truss House, Prep Kitchen/Restaurant, one-acre event lawn, shared campus spaces, as well as artist studios across the RiNo Art District.

This position’s main areas of focus are: coordinating with the Deputy to create and manage the Annual Enterprise Budget; assisting in forecasting the Annual Revenues for the Enterprise; producing Budget Supplements and Amendments; reviewing Revenue Forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, Long-Range) with the Enterprise Director. and long range resource allocation.

Director of Development

The Director of Development is responsible for leading all fundraising and community engagement efforts to diversify LAEF’s funding streams, deepen community partnerships, and create long term sustainability for the organization. The leader in this role will oversee the development department and work to increase revenue through established funding partnerships, new funding partnerships, donor events, and alumni engagement. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Director of Theatre Sales and Operations

Cleo Parker Robinson Dance (CPRD) will debut a major expansion in early 2026 that will nearly double its footprint and allow for significant increases in onsite programming. The new building adds a second theater to the campus, as well as studio and administrative spaces. The CPRD Theatres serves as a major destination for dance in Denver with a robust schedule of performing arts programming throughout the year hosted by CPRD, as well as other partners and organizations.

Office Manager

Rose Community Foundation seeks an Office Manager to manage the front desk, oversee office facilities and daily operations, assist with administrative functions, and support Foundation events. The Office Manager is organized, dependable, proactive, and hospitality-oriented with a passion for community. The Office Manager is a member of the Finance and Administration team.
