Development Director

COBS is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative fundraising leader to serve as our Director of Development. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Communications & Development Director will oversee all facets of communications, development, and branding—leveraging innovative tools, including AI, to enhance storytelling, donor engagement, and grant writing. While this is a senior-level position, it does not include direct reports, but will work closely with interns, volunteers, and contract designers, as well as other staff as needed.

Director of Advancement

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the DoA leads a comprehensive development program that supports an approximately $12 million annual operating budget and advances Urban Peak’s mission to end youth homelessness.

Marketing Manager – Events & Community Engagement

Event strategy, execution and impact with 3rd party partners, community engagement by developing initiatives and building relationships, manage logistics such as budgets, post-event reporting and KPIs. This is a proactive role that bridges marketing, brand awareness and meaningful connections. This high-impact position reports to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications.
