Visitor Services Manger

Legislative Liaison

Director, Public Policy and Community Relations

The Director, Public Policy and Community Relations, develops advocacy strategies at the local market level, positions CoreSite on key issues, and advises CoreSite’s cross-functional team leaders on local matters including local legislative priorities, the political environment, and public sentiment related to data centers.

Property Manager/MAA River North

The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations including oversight of the Service Manager and service team. Primary responsibilities include managing staff performance, maintaining community to brand standards, marketing and leasing effectiveness, resident retention and satisfaction, management of property financials, and management of lease documents and audit compliance.

Strategic Communications Director

You will be highly collaborative and independent senior communications strategist with deep healthcare knowledge, strong executive presence, and exceptional writing skills. You will have demonstrated success in navigating strategic conversations with senior leaders, shaping messages that drive results.

Procurement Officer

Performs specialized and professional purchasing duties in procurement of materials, supplies and services for the Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver (“DHA”).  Has technical expertise including, but not limited to, the e-procurement process.  Reviews requisitions, prepares Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Invitations for Bids (IFB), evaluates proposals, works toward resolving problems with contractors/vendors and may supervise other Procurement staff.

Director, Communication & Education

Define and implement marketing campaign strategies to engage and drive outcomes with prospective participants. Drive engagement with financial professionals through marketing, brand affinity, and the launch of new product/solutions.
