Communications & Events Coordinator

The Communications and Events Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that support organizational goals, brand awareness, and audience engagement. Makerspace Manager

The Makerspace Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, promoting and evaluating makerspace programs for patrons of all ages. The Manager provides the vision and collaborative direction for STEAM programs system-wide, oversees the short- and long-term operations, safety and programs of library makerspaces; develops and fosters community relationships to increase the appeal, attendance and overall customer satisfaction of library maker and STEAM programs.

Events and Engagement Manager

This position leads the planning andexecution of both external and internal events, ensuring they reflectorganizational values, elevate community voice, and create meaningfulexperiences for diverse constituencies. Working closely withcross-functional teams—including fundraising, communications andcommunity impact—the Events and Engagement Manager ensures each event isdesigned with its intended audience in mind and aligned with thestrategic goals of each department.

Events Specialist

The Events Specialist prepares, delivers, promotes, and evaluates library programs, online events, and special events for targeted audiences. In this role, you’ll support both virtual and in person events across the district and work closely with the Events team, presenters, library staff, and community partners to help programs run smoothly and create welcoming experiences for patrons. This is a hybrid position, with work performed remotely and onsite at library locations and community venues.
