Events Specialist

The Events Specialist is responsible for executing a wide variety of events to include breakfasts, lunches, social and experiential activities, as well as outdoor events for as many as 600-800 people – managing everything from conception, budgeting, logistical coordination, and successful execution with each event gathering regardless of the size. You are meticulous in planning, use strong financial control measures, and an engaging relationship manager with essential time management skills.

Events and Project Coordinator

Marketing Communications Lead

The Marketing Communications Lead is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing communications strategies to support the Sports Medicine Business. This role will drive trade show strategy from planning through on-site execution, ensuring a strong, unified brand presence across the Sports Medicine portfolio.

Manager, Advancement Events

The Event Manager reports directly to the Associate Director, Advancement Events. At the direction of and with the support of the Associate Director, this position is responsible for planning and managing event logistics for development and engagement events of varying sophistication, complexity, and scope. These events range from discrete, program-specific functions to large-scale, highly sophisticated programs for the University.
