Director of Events

This is a player-coach position on a high-performing team with a reputation for producing the most sought-after, sold-out events in the city. You’ll own full P&L responsibility for a $2M+ events portfolio while leading a talented team of event professionals. The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of progressive event management experience, including proven success with large-scale conferences, complex technical production, and team leadership.

State Fair Program & Vendor Coordinator (Administrator III)

Working closely withcross-functional teams—including fundraising, communications andcommunity impact—the Events and Engagement Manager ensures each event isdesigned with its intended audience in mind and aligned with thestrategic goals of each department.

Events Specialist

The Events Specialist prepares, delivers, promotes, and evaluates library programs, online events, and special events for targeted audiences. In this role, you’ll support both virtual and in person events across the district and work closely with the Events team, presenters, library staff, and community partners to help programs run smoothly and create welcoming experiences for patrons. This is a hybrid position, with work performed remotely and onsite at library locations and community venues.
