Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications and leads the development, execution, and day-to-day operations of the C4HCO’s marketing program. They will manage a team of marketing staff and serve a critical role as a key partner in building brand strategy and driving marketing initiatives that support the organization’s goals.

Executive Coordinator

As the main contact for the CEO and the board of trustees, the executive coordinator is an independent thinker and a collaborative colleague with a bias for action who can successfully tap into the resources offered within the organization. The executive coordinator serves as a liaison between the CEO, the staff and the 25-person board of trustees, as well as other distinguished meeting attendees.

Events & Special Projects Manager

The Manager II, Events and Special Projects plans and coordinates fundraising and special events for Goodwill of Colorado to include overall management of registration and auction platforms while also providing program design, logistics and execution. This role will also take the lead on special projects as needed.

Grants Specialist

The Grants Specialist is responsible for researching local, state, Federal, private and non-profit grant funding opportunities in support of various Jefferson County projects and programs Assist in the preparation of grant applications. Assist in the preparation of plans, reports and supporting documentation. Assist in preparation and administration of grant budgets.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Working under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications, this role helps implement campaigns, produce digital and written content, create visual assets, manage social media channels, and coordinate marketing workflows across departments.

Fundraising Manager

The Fundraising Manager leads with empathy, clarity, and strong organizational skills to ensure a welcoming and values aligned experience for everyone who engages with Metro Caring through individual giving. As a manager on the Development & Communications team, this role sets the tone for how generosity is invited, received, and nurtured across annual donors, Greenhouse monthly sustainers, first-time supporters, and giving societies (Roots to Rise, Perennial Roots).

Events Manager

Director of Development

The Director of Development is a key fundraising leader responsible for managing a portfolio of major and leadership gift prospects and advancing the College’s philanthropic impact. This role focuses on cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual, corporate, and foundation donors, including engaging a newly acquired alumni base to build a future donor pipeline, and leading the Foundation’s planned giving (legacy giving) program.
