Development and Communications Coordinator

RMIAN has an immediate opening for a full-time Development and Communications Coordinator. The Development and Communications Coordinator will play a vital role in advancing RMIAN’s mission by supporting fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, events, and external communications.

Development Director

COBS is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative fundraising leader to serve as our Director of Development. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will lead the Development team and oversee all contributed revenue, with responsibility for achieving an annual fundraising goal of $1.3M+, with a primary emphasis on major gifts, along with foundation, corporate, and community support.

Communications & Development Director

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Communications & Development Director will oversee all facets of communications, development, and branding—leveraging innovative tools, including AI, to enhance storytelling, donor engagement, and grant writing. While this is a senior-level position, it does not include direct reports, but will work closely with interns, volunteers, and contract designers, as well as other staff as needed.

Director of Advancement

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the DoA leads a comprehensive development program that supports an approximately $12 million annual operating budget and advances Urban Peak’s mission to end youth homelessness.

Events and Engagement Manager

This position leads the planning andexecution of both external and internal events, ensuring they reflectorganizational values, elevate community voice, and create meaningfulexperiences for diverse constituencies. Working closely withcross-functional teams—including fundraising, communications andcommunity impact—the Events and Engagement Manager ensures each event isdesigned with its intended audience in mind and aligned with thestrategic goals of each department.

Donor Relations Coordinator

As a supporting member of the Advancement team, the Coordinator manages a small portfolio of annual scholarship donors, ensuring appropriate solicitation, thoughtful stewardship, and annual renewal. In addition, this position supports the fund establishment process and ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance in gift documentation and donor acknowledgment practices for the WCU Foundation.
