The Associate Director of Donor Relations will be responsible for the revenue strategy for major donors and prospects and will lead the setting and meeting of goals and metrics related to this constituency. The Associate Director of Donor Relations will be responsible for meeting individual fundraising and activity goals as an active fundraiser who manages a portfolio of 75-100 major gift donors and prospects.

The CEO serves as PPCF’s principal executive leader, accountable for advancing long-term strategies, ensuring financial sustainability through comprehensive asset development initiatives, building community partnerships and overseeing operational stability.
The Data and Reporting Manager oversees data-sharing and data exchange initiatives, data quality measurement and improvement, measurement of homeless project performance and system performance using HUD-aligned performance measures, report creation and presentation, compliance around data quality, security, privacy, and other important areas.
Philanthropy Leads work independently and in partnership with a supportive team to realize Caring for Colorado’s mission and bring the promise of our grantmaking strategies to life. They oversee grantmaking, build relationships with grantees and community partners, elevate the voices of young people and community members, and influence systems and policies that advance health equity for young people and their families.
As Vice President, Development, you will put your proven sales and relationship management skills to work driving success and achieving revenue goals through positive engagement with staff and community volunteer leaders.
