Grant Writer

The contractor will produce and submit content for funding proposals to foundation, corporate, and government funding sources, including grant applications, correspondence, and other related components. Contractor will also play a significant role in the management of several large, multi-year government grants and contracts, including invoicing and reporting.

Director of Operations – Part-Time

The Director of Operations will serve as the organization’s central coordinator—managing finances, budgets, fundraising initiatives, programming logistics, and organizational planning. Working closely with the Board of Directors, this part-time freelance role will ensure the theatre’s operations run efficiently and sustainably.

Special Projects Coordinator

As the Special Projects Coordinator, you’ll bring your research, writing, and organizational talents to support programs that strengthen communities and promote awareness. You’ll collaborate across departments to produce educational content, coordinate communications, and ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion. Program Manager

Rise Against Suicide is a 501(c)(3) Colorado-based non-profit whose mission is to help youth at risk for suicide by removing barriers and providing timely access to funded therapeutic support, enabling them to find hope and healing. As an organization we value building connections, being responsive and agile, collaborating, and delivering with excellence and compassion. We are currently looking for a program manager to oversee, implement, and further develop the Rise program.

Senior Grant Writer

The Senior Grant Writer will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing compelling proposals to secure funding from foundations and corporations in support of DLN’s mission. This role will support both pre- and post-award activities, including gathering data and information from program staff for submissions, compliance reporting, budget tracking, and stewardship of grant funders.

The ideal candidate is an experienced nonprofit professional with a proven track record in donor cultivation, community partnerships, and organizational leadership. With creativity and vision, this leader will strengthen The Art Garage’s programs, expand its reach, and champion its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.

Administrative Assistant

Responsible for performing a variety of general administrative and office operations support activities, including but not limited to: greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, managing invoices for partner office vendors, etc.

Controller

The Controller leads the Business Office and collaborates across departments to implement efficient financial processes, support budget development, and ensure accurate reporting.

Finance Director

The Finance Director is a strategic thought-partner for the organization, and will report to the CEO. This a hands-on, participative director, and is responsible for establishing policies, procedures and management of the financial reporting systems, as well as ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. This role is also responsible for oversight of AR and AP processing and payroll, and oversight of the Human Resources function.

Concert Director

The Concert Director is a key leadership role reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Programs (SDSP), responsible for overseeing all facets of Swallow Hill’s concert programming. This includes curating and executing a dynamic, mission-aligned concert program that features both nationally touring and local artists.
