Leverage Colorado is a start-up 501(c)(3) dedicated to advancing smart, equitable policies that make aging more affordable in Colorado. We are seeking a Director of Policy & Advocacy to support and lead policy development, legislative strategy, coalition engagement, and advocacy efforts across the organization’s 501(c)(3) and affiliated 501(c)(4) entities. This position will work closely with the President and CEO to shape the organization’s policy agenda and implementation strategies.
As the Director or Senior Director of Public Affairs at Colorado Concern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s political program, advancing strategic objectives, and enhancing its public image. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to promote our policy agenda, manage communications, and curate membership programming.
The President serves as the chief executive and public face of the Forum, providing strategic, operational, and thought leadership to advance the organization’s mission. This is an exceptionally rare opportunity — the position has been held only by two individuals total, and by a single individual since 1989 — to shape the future of a storied institution at the center of Colorado’s civic life.
The Colorado Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Director of Communications. This person will direct and execute general communications, media relations, digital marketing, social media, public relations and other functions to increase awareness of the Chamber and its work. This person will serve as a communications leader at the Chamber, participating in high level strategies and projects that advance the organization’s mission and advocacy efforts on behalf of the statewide business community.
This role is anchored on a large, fast-moving transportation project requiring active, multi-stakeholder public engagement across federal agencies, a major infrastructure client, and diverse community constituencies. You’ll be Peak’s day-to-day coordination point for that project’s engagement program: running team meetings, directing a multi-firm communications effort, and preparing senior staff to walk into client and community meetings fully ready.
The Chief Programs Officer (CPO) serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of all of WLA’s programmatic work (including water, wildlife, forest and range, conservation finance, and public policy).
Advises offices and divisions developing the Department’s legislative agenda and strategies by assuring alignment with the initiatives of the Governor’s Office and approval from the Department’s executive team. Analyzes proposed legislation by other state departments, agencies, and stakeholder groups, and identifies potential impacts to CDHS programs.
As a member of the company’s Legal team, the Vice President, Public Policy and Community Relations will manage and develop a team and work closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales Development, SVP of Corporate Development, and SVP of General Management to define and build public policy strategies at CoreSite to support our growth.
Policy Specialists who serve as liaisons to NCSL’s professional staff associations provide strategic, programmatic and administrative support to the groups. They are expected to provide a high level of customer service to meet the needs of the association and expertly manage all stakeholders. This role also includes managing budgets and financial accounts, including developing, monitoring and balancing meeting or program budgets.
