We’re looking for someone with legislative or electoral experience who can advise and support the development and execution of the House Democrats’ legislative agenda. The position serves the Speaker of the House and Majority Leader, and reports directly to the Chief of Staff.

Under the direction of Executive Leadership, the SVP, External Affairs promotes PACE through the development of legislative, research and funding strategies in addition to collaborating with Executive Leadership and the National PACE Association in order to address issues that face the PACE program.
As a member of New Era’s program leadership team, the Senior Policy Manager will collaborate with the Policy and Research Director to shape the local policy framework, develop issue campaigns with other departments, and support the growth and development of partner relationships.
As the Manager, State and Local Economic Development at Crusoe, you’ll be an integral part of our Public Affairs team, leading state and local policy, community engagement, and advocacy efforts. You will build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, serving as an internal expert on a variety of social and governmental issues.

Communicate with elected officials as well as officials in regulatory agencies at the federal level relating to legislative developments, issues, rules, and regulations. Assist RMFU leadership on all policy issues and legislative efforts, including making in-themoment policy decisions based on key policy priorities.

The Director of Research will have a strong background in higher education research, possess advanced skills in data analysis and statistical software, and demonstrate the ability to lead a team and communicate complex findings clearly and accurately. This position requires extensive experience in a research environment with a focus on higher education.

The Director of Policy Campaigns drives the organization’s advocacy efforts by turning strategy into action. Reporting to the Chief Policy & Communications Officer, this role translates organizational policy priorities into campaign plans, leads cross-team coordination, and ensures that campaigns build power and deliver systemic change.
The Senior Advisor for State Relations and Public Policy is a member of the Office of Government Relations State Relations team and is a lobbyist for the University at the state capitol. As directed by the Senior Associate Vice President for State Relations (SAVP) the position lobbies on state policy issues of impact and is the lead on higher education policy issues for the CU System and campuses.
