The Head of Business Development is responsible for directing and driving the firm’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client development and retention, and supporting business development programs including training and coaching. This strategic leader position will work closely with partners, attorneys, and practice leaders to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the firm’s overall goals.
This role will play a pivotal role in delivering revenue growth for the organization and is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans at both the corporate and property levels, while leading a network of regional sales teams. This role is a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on selling, where you will actively engage with major national and property accounts while also training, supporting and mentoring our property sales teams.
