As the Ecommerce Merchandiser, you’ll own the merchandising strategy for the Smartwool website in US and CA. You’ll work closely with the Merchandising Coordinator and closely with the rest of the Ecommerce team to help bring seasonal stories and product assortments to life online. The Sales Director, Premium Product will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the premium products sector. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage key client relationships, negotiate high-stakes transactions, and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Leads and manages region business development/new logo sales, and associated P&L for the region, executing against 1-3 year strategy plan & priorities and go to market strategy to deliver profit, contribution margin and volume growth. Leads the relationship and priorities and partners with third parties, leveraging their knowledge, insights and network to deliver growth in incubation brands and gain insights into beverage market trends.
The Assistant Director of Event Sales & Operations is responsible for ensuring both the growth and operational excellence of Conference & Event Services. This role blends sales, marketing, and event management responsibilities with operational leadership.
