Director of Communications

The Director of Communications advances Denver Seminary’s mission and reputation through integrated, strategic communications. Reporting to the President’s Office, this role develops and executes strategies that strengthen our brand, expand our reach, and deepen engagement with students, alumni, donors, churches, media, and the broader community.

Senior Vice Provost for Strategy and Operations

Serving as a strategic partner to the Provost, the SVPSO works collaboratively with others in the Provost’s office (e.g., senior vice provost, vice provosts, project managers, the Provost’s Executive Assistant, etc.) to provide counsel and project management support to the Provost, primarily at the intersection of the Provost’s initiatives, such as DU Forward, and academic administrative operations.

Managing Director of Regional Development

This position will lead the team responsible for regional development and qualification of university-wide major gift prospects. The position will be based in Fort Collins and will include frequent national travel. This position reports to the Associate Vice President of University Philanthropy.

Director of Student Access Programs

The Director of Student Access Programs will guide and elevate several longstanding programs, which served nearly 53,000 students and saved residents $671 million last year. These programs expand access to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students across 15 Western U.S. states, the three U.S. Pacific Territories, and the Freely Associated States.

HR Operations Manager

As the HR Operations Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department that have a systemwide impact, such as matters associated with the State of Colorado personnel system, labor management, professional development, and special HR operations projects.

Manager, Advancement Events

The Event Manager reports directly to the Associate Director, Advancement Events. At the direction of and with the support of the Associate Director, this position is responsible for planning and managing event logistics for development and engagement events of varying sophistication, complexity, and scope. These events range from discrete, program-specific functions to large-scale, highly sophisticated programs for the University.

Foundation Corporate & Individual Fundraising Development Manager

This role is responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing customized philanthropic proposals tailored to align donor interests with institutional priorities. The position collaborates closely with the Foundation Executive Director to cultivate, secure, and sustain a wide range of giving opportunities. Additionally, the role supports Foundation marketing initiatives and assists with event coordination to ensure high-quality program delivery and exceptional donor and stakeholder engagemen
