Town Manager

The Town of Rangely, Colorado, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Town Manager with strong communication skills, financial insight, and a deep appreciation for the values and lifestyle of a rural, close-knit community. Responsible for providing leadership, accountability, and fiscal responsibility to the organization, the incoming Town Manager will lead Rangely’s daily operations and translate the council’s vision and goals into budgetary and operational priorities.

Education and Business Reporter

We want a reporter who is digitally minded, ambitious and hardworking to cover K-12, higher education and the business community.  Reporters at The Durango Herald are focused on readership and a growing online audience. We publish three printed editions per week in Durango and one per week in Cortez. A full-time photographer and videographer is on staff, but reporters frequently are required to provide photos for their stories.

Sports Writer

The candidate will cover high school and Division II college sports, as well as an array of outdoor recreation. Grand Junction is the home of the Junior College World Series and a minor league baseball team. Over the next several years, Grand Junction will also host the collegiate national championships in mountain biking and road cycling. We want someone who will go far beyond reciting what happened in a game who will find and write compelling features, trend and in-depth enterprise stories

Donor Relations Coordinator

The Donor Relations Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage, steward, and grow relationships with donors to the WCU Foundation. This role oversees annual stewardship plans, donor recognition events, and the creation of electronic and printed stewardship communications.

Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager supports the digital marketing team executing across email, web, and app for all Aspen One brands. This position supports digital content management, website updates, marketing automation, segment management, platform administration needs, email campaigns, and seasonal turnover initiatives.

Communications & PR Assistant Manager

The Communications & PR Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of domestic and international public relations initiatives. This role will monitor and report on media coverage, track industry news and trends, write and deliver press materials including press releases, key messaging and pitches, host media on the ground in Aspen and Snowmass, and manage PR-related administrative tasks, all while maintaining a proactive, creative and results-driven approach.

This position performs duties that support marketing, promotion, and public relations efforts of events and programs at the Wheeler Opera House, in a manner consistent with the organization’s values, vision, and mission.
