The Clyfford Still Museum, a renown non-profit organization located in Denver’s Golden Triangle Creative District, is seeking a full-time financial officer who also has nonprofit experience. While financial management and accounting functions comprise the bulk of this position’s duties, familiarity with payroll and human resources benefits administration is highly desirable. The Museum’s staff consists of twenty part-time and sixteen (growing to nineteen) full-time employees.
The Museum has an annual operating budget of approximately $4 million as well as an endowment that is managed by the board of an affiliated Foundation which in turn is advised by independent investment advisors.
This is a hands-on, working position in a small organization, and the successful candidate will play a significant role on the Museum’s leadership team supporting the Museum’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals and objectives.
