As a member of the HR Business Partner team, you will work closely with key stakeholders to support full spectrum of key HR processes and programs. You are responsible for engineering business-relevant people strategies to improve organization and individual performance within the business. You also help build and support our global people strategies which include key areas such as: talent planning, performance coaching, employee engagement, culture, and inclusion and diversity.
The Senior HR Business Partner is a key member of the HR team and will provide HR leadership for our Technology team in additional to other strategic business units. This position utilizes business knowledge, data, and understanding gained from working deep within the business, to provide Strategic insight, feedback and process improvements to all levels of the organization and relevant HR Centers of Excellence in the development of appropriate solutions. As a true partner to the business, this position will be covering a broad range of HR areas of expertise, including leadership coaching and development, organization optimization, talent management, workforce planning, metrics/data utilization to drive decisions, and other HR initiatives/programs.

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns for CCSD that deliver strategic messages, promote district accomplishments, and enhance brand awareness for Cherry Creek Schools. Provide project management for messaging campaigns and strategic plan alignment within the Communications Office. Help schools strengthen their communication and engagement strategies with parents. Develop and implement advertising campaigns and collaboratively work with the Communications Office personnel to align efforts and goals.
