The Director of Development is responsible for leading all fundraising and community engagement efforts to diversify LAEF’s funding streams, deepen community partnerships, and create long term sustainability for the organization. The leader in this role will oversee the development department and work to increase revenue through established funding partnerships, new funding partnerships, donor events, and alumni engagement. This is a full-time, exempt position.
This role serves as a trusted partner to leadership and staff, driving initiatives related to team development, employee engagement, performance management, benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
