Events & Membership Director

The Colorado Mining Association is seeking a strategic, relationship-focused Events & Membership Director to lead the planning and promotion of CMA’s signature events while driving member engagement, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives across the organization.

Develops, coordinates and manages initiatives designed to promote and represent the organization and brand the community. Develops and administers outreach programs to engage, support, and collaborate with the community. Responsible to create new and cultivate existing relationships which benefit the organizations’ operations and reputation. Serves as the organization’s liaison with various nonprofit and community service constituents and stakeholders.

Executive Operations Manager

The Executive Operations Manager serves as a trusted strategic and operational partner to the President & CEO. This position combines sophisticated executive operations support with Board governance coordination to ensure the effectiveness of the Office of the President & CEO.

Senior Director of Strategic Communications & Investor Experience

This role serves as the Investor Relations team’s center of excellence for strategic communications and investor messaging. The Senior Director will partner closely with organizational leadership, frontline fundraisers, and the Program and Finance teams to translate complex ideas, research findings, and results into compelling donor materials.

Controller

The Controller leads the day-to-day financial operations of Arrupe Jesuit High School and serves as its senioraccounting professional. Reporting to the President and serving on the President’s Leadership Team, the Controller is responsible for the school’s general ledger, month-end close, payroll, audit preparation, and financial reporting to the Finance Committee and Board of Trustees.
