Donor Alliance is looking to hire a Director of People & Culture, to drive and lead Donor Alliance’s award-winning culture. The Director of People & Culture is a high-touch, hands-on position. This role oversees the people & culture, learning & development, volunteer program, and support services departments.

Part-Time Communications Coordinator (20 hours/week)

We are seeking a part-time Communications Analyst to join our Human Resources team. You will be in charge of developing and implementing global communication strategies to engage and inform our internal team members. This position will be 20 hours/week, and you will be required to come into our office 5 days/week for 4 hours/day with some flexibility in how the hours are set.

Region Marketing Communications Director

In this position, you will be responsible for strategy and implementation of communications plans for the Executive Vice President of the SouthWest region, as well as internal communications strategies and execution, working closely with the Senior Vice President of Health Initiatives, communications department, executives and a variety of people around the Association. Communications & Legislative Affairs Manager

The City and County of Denver’s Community Planning and Development (CPD) Department is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to join our communications team as a full-time Communications & Legislative Affairs Manager. The manager will be CPD’s primary legislative liaison to City Council, supervise the communications section and serve in a variety of internal and external communications capacities. This position reports to the CPD Communications Director.

Communications Deputy Director

Under the direction of the Communications Director, this position assists in the development and implementation of communications strategies, managing procurement processes, compiling and drafting the Annual Report, assisting in defining organizational goals and objectives, as well as, strategic plans. In conjunction with the Communications Director, assist the organization toward achieving established department goals and objectives.

Custodial Supervisor

Responsible for the daily supervision of a bilingual (mostly Spanish) contract custodial staff assigned to various day and nighttime shifts. Delegating tasks to ensure the workload is evenly distributed to accomplish the tasks required to meet the custodial needs of the expanded museum complex. In addition to the supervisory responsibilities, this position is also required to complete daily custodial duties. This is a working supervisory position.

Legislative Advisor

This position works with and supports the Legislative Liaison in deploying effective coordination between OEDIT staff, the Governor’s Office, partner agencies, stakeholders, and the Colorado General Assembly on all legislative matters at the state level. This position will support the development of OEDIT’s legislative priorities and will help ensure that all deadlines are met to ensure successful advocacy.

Director of Corporate Partnerships

The Director, Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for securing corporate partnerships for the organization. The primary goal will be to generate revenue while aligning with the company’s objectives and enhancing its brand visibility. The Director will collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals, negotiate contracts, and build strong, sustainable relationships with corporate partners.

Communications & Engagement Specialist – Local Government

The mission of the Colorado Energy Office (CEO) is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and consumer energy costs by advancing clean energy, energy efficiency, and zero emission vehicles to benefit all Coloradans. We do this by developing and implementing highly impactful policies and programs, establishing Colorado as a leading state for climate action.

State Relations Coordinator

The State Relations Coordinator is a member of the University of Colorado Office of Government Relations team, and reports to the Senior Director of State Relations. This position assists with work on the state relations’ priorities for the University of Colorado (CU) by performing a broad range of administrative duties.
