Individual Giving Manager

Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Individual Giving Manager deepens donorrelationships and supports annual fundraising at the Arvada Center. This position manages a portfolioof individual donors and leads the strategy and execution of spring and summer giving campaigns.In addition to building mid-level donor pipelines, this role enhances donor experience throughpersonalized engagement, events, and storytelling — and offers strong growth potential.
