We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Development to lead development team which includes fundraising, resource development, communications, government advocacy, community and volunteer engagement, and public relations team. The Regional Director of Major Gifts will be an experienced frontline fundraiser. This role identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards foundation and corporate funding to secure significant philanthropic support advancing UCAR’s mission, while managing a portfolio of institutional donors and prospects in close collaboration with leaders across UCAR and NSF | NCAR.
