The Development Manager serves as the organization’s fundraising leader and is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day development function. Working in close partnership with the Executive Director, this position focuses primarily on growing individual and major donor giving while overseeing donor stewardship, grant management, fundraising communications, development operations, and donor engagement events.

The Capital Campaign Director will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, leading the day-to-day execution of DCAC’s multi-year capital campaign. This individual will drive major gift fundraising, campaign strategy, donor engagement, volunteer leadership, and campaign operations while helping build the long-term fundraising systems and relationships that will strengthen DCAC well beyond the campaign.
The Major Gifts Officer, a newly created position, will report to the Director of Advancement and will partner with the Advancement Team to deepen the school’s donor relationships. A steward of Colorado Academy’s mission and values, the Major Gifts Officer is a front-line fundraising professional responsible for securing funds for the School by strategically managing a portfolio of prospects and donors with a giving potential of five figures or more.

The Event Manager reports directly to the Director, Advancement Events. At the direction of and with the support of the Director, this position is responsible for planning and managing event logistics for development and engagement events of varying sophistication, complexity, and scope.
Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship, the Assistant Director, Stewardship Reporting serves as the strategic lead for donor impact reporting across the University.
The Development Manager plays a central project-management role in advancing philanthropic engagement for the Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs.
