The Development Manager serves as the organization’s fundraising leader and is responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day development function. A steward of Colorado Academy’s mission and values, the Major Gifts Officer is a front-line fundraising professional responsible for securing funds for the School by strategically managing a portfolio of prospects and donors with a giving potential of five figures or more.
The Action Center is hiring a Major Gifts Officer (MGO) to build relationships with high-capacity donors. This role supports key fundraising initiatives, including the spring fundraiser, peer-to-peer fundraising, school supply drive, holiday gift program, Colorado Gives Day, and year-end campaigns. Effective communication and relationship management are essential for success.
The Event Manager reports directly to the Director, Advancement Events. At the direction of and with the support of the Director, this position is responsible for planning and managing event logistics for development and engagement events of varying sophistication, complexity, and scope.
Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship, the Assistant Director, Stewardship Reporting serves as the strategic lead for donor impact reporting across the University.
