The Capital Campaign Director will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, leading the day-to-day execution of DCAC’s multi-year capital campaign. This individual will drive major gift fundraising, campaign strategy, donor engagement, volunteer leadership, and campaign operations while helping build the long-term fundraising systems and relationships that will strengthen DCAC well beyond the campaign.
The Major Gifts Officer, a newly created position, will report to the Director of Advancement and will partner with the Advancement Team to deepen the school’s donor relationships. A steward of Colorado Academy’s mission and values, the Major Gifts Officer is a front-line fundraising professional responsible for securing funds for the School by strategically managing a portfolio of prospects and donors with a giving potential of five figures or more.

The Director of Philanthropy is a senior leadership team member responsible for leading all fundraising and philanthropic engagement efforts for Judi’s House and JAG Institute. Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Fundraising and Development Committee, the Director develops and implements a comprehensive fundraising strategy that advances the organization’s mission and builds a sustainable, diversified funding base.
The Philanthropic Strategy and Principal Gifts Officer leads the development and securement of significant and principal gifts in partnership with the campus senior leadership team. The Officer collaborates closely with Advancement colleagues, campus leadership and central advancement staff to strategically coordinate engagement, cultivation and stewardship for the university’s most significant donors who are interested in supporting UCCS’ strategic priorities.
The Director of Development’s primary responsibility is to identify, cultivate, and solicit donors capable of making $50,000+ gifts in support of the CSU College of Health and Human Sciences. The Director of Development (DOD) will manage a portfolio of individual and institutional major gift prospects, presenting comprehensive proposals including current, planned or blended gifts that match the fundraising priorities of the College.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this position represents the organizational culture and collaborates closely with senior and executive leadership, as well as program leaders.
