Senior Director of Individual Philanthropy

The Senior Director of Individual Philanthropy (“Director”) leads the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals and family foundations that currently support—or have the capacity to support—Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.

Director of Development

The Director of Development is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s fundraising and resource development strategies to ensure sustainable growth and advancement of its mission. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders, while overseeing a comprehensive development plan that includes major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and fundraising events.

Membership & Engagement Manager

The Membership & Engagement Manager will lead the organization’s fundraising initiatives, seek sponsorship for key events, maintain strong relationships with partners and funders, and create and implement strategies that deepen community engagement in a meaningful way.

The Manager of Prospect Management & Research leads the organization’s prospect identification, research, and portfolio management systems to support strategic fundraising growth.This role will work closely with frontline fundraisers and executive leaders to identify new philanthropic prospects, maintain strong portfolio management practices, and ensure staff are focused on the highest potential opportunities. The Manager will help build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of mid and major donors.

Sr. Manager, Annual & Mid-Level Giving

The Senior Manager of Annual & Mid-Level Giving is a key driver of revenue growth and donor pipeline development, leading the strategy and execution of multi-channel annual giving campaigns and a high-performing mid-level donor program. This role is responsible for growing unrestricted revenue, increasing donor retention and value, and building a strong pipeline of future major donors by moving supporters along a clear journey from membership to annual giving to deeper philanthropic investment.
