Senior Director of Individual Philanthropy

The Senior Director of Individual Philanthropy (“Director”) leads the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals and family foundations that currently support—or have the capacity to support—Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.

Director of Development

The Director of Development is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s fundraising and resource development strategies to ensure sustainable growth and advancement of its mission. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders, while overseeing a comprehensive development plan that includes major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and fundraising events.

Development Director

As CCW grows in visibility and ambition, the Director of Development will build strong philanthropic partnerships, deepen relationships with institutional and individual donors, and align fundraising strategy with programmatic goals and long-term organizational sustainability.

Membership & Engagement Manager

The Membership & Engagement Manager will lead the organization’s fundraising initiatives, seek sponsorship for key events, maintain strong relationships with partners and funders, and create and implement strategies that deepen community engagement in a meaningful way.

Communications & Development Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Director of Communications & Development, this full-time, non-exempt position works on marketing and fundraising efforts and board relations.

Senior Director of Philanthropy (Northern Colorado)

The Senior Director of Philanthropy (Northern Colorado) reports directly to the Vice President of Development (VPD) and is responsible for leading and expanding the Mission’s fundraising efforts across Northern Colorado to support ongoing operations, new programs, and future growth initiatives.

Development Associate

The Children’s Diabetes Foundation is looking for a Development Associate to be a force multiplier for the Executive Director (ED) and the Development Team. The Development Associate is responsible for assisting the ED with daily operations and supporting the Development team with donor outreach and stewardship, calendar scheduling, and travel arrangements.

Major Gifts Officer

Children’s Diabetes Foundation is looking for a Major Gifts Officer to be a key member of the Development Team. The Major Gifts Officer will be responsible for identifying, soliciting, and cultivating major donors throughout Colorado and beyond. They will be responsible for growing the organization’s major donor base with a goal of raising $1 million per year with a portfolio of up to 125 donor relationships.

Development Coordinator

DCAC is seeking a detail-oriented and community-minded Development Coordinator to support our fundraising, donor stewardship, and marketing efforts. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for nonprofit work and strong organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our development team, you’ll help coordinate events, engage with donors and community partners, process donations, support internal and external communications and database management.
