The CEO of PPCF is a key civic leader in the region, a strategic thought partner to the Board and inspirational leader of PPCF staff. The CEO is responsible for accomplishing the Foundation’s mission through execution of the Board-approved Strategic Plan (2024-2028).
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO holds full executive accountability for strategy, operations, and culture. This leader will be called to hold two truths in tension: responding urgently to communities in crisis as federal and state support recedes, while sustaining patient investment in the policy, legal, and organizing infrastructure that permanently changes systems.
The Executive Director will build community partnerships and advance FIRC’s work in food equity, housing stability, healthcare navigation, parenting support, and other essential services, strengthening its role as a trusted Summit County convener.
