Senior Manager, Loyalty & Co-Brand

This position is responsible for managing Frontier loyalty products – the co-branded credit card program, Discount Den paid membership program, FRONTIER Miles and other loyalty partnerships. They will lead a team responsible for executing strategic development and marketing/promotion plans to increase supplemental revenue across all loyalty and commission-based programs.

This role shapes and delivers CU Boulder’s suite of on campus and virtual visit programs, designing memorable experiences that honor the student journey and reflect the university’s values. The Associate Director oversees day‑to‑day operations, leads major visit events including Admitted Student Day, and elevates all programming from middle school outreach to admitted student experiences, to ensure it is inclusive, impactful, and centered on exceptional guest experience.

Email & Community Coordinator
