As the Business Development Manager, you will lead complex regional and national business attraction and advance commercial and mixed-use development opportunities for the Town of Erie. You will also be responsible for recruiting businesses to new and existing commercial space, creative economic incentives, and supporting development projects that generate private investment, job creation and tax base growth.
The core of this role is about building and nurturing relationships across the community: all of the work in business development, informing the Elevate implementation plan, and serving as a liaison and advocate for Downtown Colorado Springs comes back to the daily connections the Director builds with the stakeholders and businesses who make our city thrive.
Responsible for effectively directing and managing the sales of integrated communication structure to enterprise customers such as multi-site regional businesses or national accounts in an effort to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives on a consistent basis.
