As the Business Development Lead/Manager, you will support the management and expansion of key government customer accounts including Electron and Neutron launch vehicles, and Dedicated, Primary Rideshare and Rideshare launch services.

Director of Business Development

Matrix Design Group is seeking a strategic and hands-on business development leader to support firmwide growth initiatives, oversee the proposal team, and work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, senior leadership, and technical teams on pursuits, client relationships, and strategic positioning efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong AEC experience, a proven track record of winning pursuits, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Commercialization Manager

As a Commercialization Manager you will focus on launching recently developed products and services. You will have the responsibility to ensure they become revenue generating assets for our customers that add new revenue streams for Xcel Energy. This position plays a key role in integrating products throughout the supporting Departments and is responsible for creating the transition plans for new business.
