The Collaborative Action Director is a key member of the Backbone Team responsible for leading all Wallace Foundation–funded collaborative action and High Impact Project (HIP #1) work. This role serves as the primary architect, convener, and day-to-day leader of RMP’s cross-sector system redesign efforts focused on reimagining out-of-school time (OST) and youth career navigation.

This will include large national retailers, technology distribution partners, and content publishers. These partnerships will account for hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue and represent the future of Ibotta and the Ibotta Performance Network. The position supports the Strategic Communications Lead in developing and implementing communications strategies, supporting business development efforts, and building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, jurisdictions, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders. Experience with energy infrastructure projects, particularly electric transmission, is strongly preferred but not required.
