The Director of Membership directly supports our mission through membership retention, programming and strategies, and partnership and sponsorship coordination and sales. The Director of Membership should develop and maintain a collaborative working relationship between the Chamber and other business and member organizations and foster a nurturing business environment for members. This position reports directly to the President of the Golden Chamber.

The Director of Large Pro Operations will lead a team of Senior Managers (and their workstreams) while also personally owning the highest-stakes strategic priorities for our largest pro partners. You’ll set the strategic agenda for the function, build the frameworks your team uses to structure problems, and be the connective tissue between Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Analytics, and senior leadership.
