Under the direction of the Director of Major Gifts, the Donor Relations Associate will provide general office and administrative support to the Intermountain Division’s Donor Relations Directors (DRDs). This position is critical to the division’s fundraising effort through donor communication and interface.

The Director of Individual Giving leads Butterfly Pavilion’s efforts to cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors. The Director will be responsible not only for managing existing donor relationships but also for building the program by identifying, qualifying, and cultivating new donors from Butterfly Pavilion’s membership, annual giving base, and broader networks.
Under direction, the CDBG Coordinator administers and implements the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for the City of Thornton.
Identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit major and planned gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations that are part of an identified prospect portfolio to support the conservation mission of Ducks Unlimited (DU).
