Deputy Director of Land Management

Reporting to the Parks and Recreation Director, the Deputy Director of Land Management oversees Parks, Forestry, Cemetery, and Facility operations. This role provides leadership, coordinates workgroups, addresses daily operations, and supports staff development. It assists with planning, workflow, and organizational initiatives. One of two deputies, this position may act as Director in their absence.

The Chief Customer Experience Officer (CCXO) will provide executive leadership and oversight for customer service delivery operations supporting the DMV’s suite of services that includes all things customer experience related:  e-services, website, public education, contact center, and in-person customer service delivery. The CCXO will champion a customer-centric culture, aligning strategic goals with customer expectations to deliver best-in-class service.

CORA Administrator

Under the auspices of the Administrative Services Office, the CORA Administrator will manage all Colorado Open Records Act requests.

Planning Aide

This is a responsible technical planning and administrative support position involving complex work problems and situations. This position acts as technical and administrative support to the Planning Manager, Planning Division staff, and Planning Commission members. Position requires interaction with Planning Commission board members, citizens, developers and contractors.

Executive Aide – City Manager’s Office – Deputy City Manager

This is a highly responsible administrative position that assists the Deputy City Managers in duties pertaining to the City Manager’s Office, City Council and Staff. The position is also part of a highly productive administrative team who together serve the staff of the City Manager’s Office, City Council, the Department Heads and senior management teams.
