Ballot Processing Manager

The Ballot Processing Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of ballot processing operations, video surveillance of ballot drop boxes, vendor management and maintenance for voting equipment and technology, warehouse and logistics for election headquarters, and document retention and archiving of election records.

Legislative Liaison

This position will coordinate department legislative priorities and ensure all deadlines are met to ensure successful advocacy. This position will work closely with the Office of Government Policy and Public Relations to foster and leverage stakeholder relationships as it relates to the legislative process.

Communications Specialist

The Communications Specialist helps deliver clear, consistent, and professional messaging across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media. This role supports communication efforts for both internal and external audiences by sharing information about City initiatives and programs, assisting with outreach for projects and events, and providing content that fosters trust, transparency, and engagement.

Senior Communications and Engagement Specialist

This role will focus on leading communications campaigns, social media management and content development. This position will manage large annual communication and engagement campaigns for programs, events and services. They will oversee all CCOB social media channels and manage the weekly e-newsletter to the community.

Multimedia Coordinator

Performs a variety of administrative and technical support duties related to internal and external communications for the Town of Windsor. The position provides graphic design, photography, and videography support for a variety of projects and programs.

Controller

The Controller’s Office is responsible for all citywide accounting and financial reporting, vendor and employee payments, grant management assistance, oversite of the financial ERP, and internal financial controls. The Controller plans, manages, and administers these operations under the direction of the Director of Finance.

This position is responsible for the executive level management and oversight of a comprehensive Public Works program, including the maintenance and strategic direction of the City’s infrastructure services, capital assets, and fleet. Public works oversight includes the Streets & Fleet, City Engineering & Stormwater, and Parking and Transportation.

This position will be a vital member of the University Strategy and External Affairs team and will lead the creation and execution of the university’s government affairs strategy. The Director will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government officials and their staff at local, state, and federal levels to advance MSU Denver’s priorities.

Senior Tax Credit Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Credit Manager to join our team! This position manages tax credit programs to incentivize business activity, economic development and has two direct reports. The focus is building out applications and managing the compliance, review, issuance, tracking, and reporting aspects, or the “back end” of the tax credit. These “back end” processes include policies and procedures regarding performance, customer support, financial analysis, reporting and more.
