Public Works Director

The Public Works Director provides strategic leadership in delivering essential infrastructure, community services, and capital investments across Adams County. The Director will report to the Deputy County Manager for Infrastructure and Development.  The Director leads a diverse team responsible for engineering, construction management, right of way services, stormwater management, operations and maintenance, traffic services, and administration.

We are seeking a Public Affairs Manager to play a critical role in engaging with external stakeholders to enhance public safety in our communities. Reporting to the Director of Public Affairs, this role will focus on collaborating with cross-functional partners to engage with local elected officials, grassroots/grasstops organizations, and community leaders.

Apprenticeship Coordinator

The Apprenticeship Coordinator will serve as an industry lead for outreach and as a technical expert for launching, expanding, and recruiting for registered apprenticeship programs throughout the state. Applicants must reside in Colorado during the position tenure, if offered the position.

Director of Marketing & Communications

This position will work with senior leaders, support community facing meetings and presentations, and manage strategies to promote the agency’s mission and vision.
