Assistant Program Director

The Leave Management Administrator is a strategic and autonomous role responsible for overseeing and administering all employee leave programs, including but not limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave, military leave and USERRA compliance, the city of Aurora’s Employee Medical Leave, and Short and Long-Term Care programs.
