Director of Membership and Partnerships

Data & Visualization Analyst

The Data & Visualization Analyst ensures Rocky Mountain Partnership Cradle to Career™’s data infrastructure and products are accurate, timely, and compelling. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing quantitative and qualitative data to power RMP’s data scorecards, data hubs, dashboards, and reports. They transform complex data into accessible, actionable information for partners, internal teams, and the broader community.

Director of Development & Communications

The Director of Development & Communications is a key member of the leadership team at Focus Points Family Resource Center. The position is critical for the stability, sustainability and growth of the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing and implementing all development and communication related activities and responsible for growing the number and amounts of individual and corporate gifts. The team together is responsible for raising $2.5 million in annual funding.

Director of Federal Government Relations

Monitor and influence legislative developments at the federal level. Communicate with elected officials as well as officials in regulatory agencies at the federal level relating to legislative developments, issues, rules, and regulations. Assist RMFU leadership on all policy issues and legislative efforts, including making in-themoment policy decisions based on key policy priorities.

Director of State Government Relations

Work in concert with Rocky Mountain Farmers Union (RMFU) leadership to coordinate state governmentrelations activities on behalf of the RMFU organization and adopted policies. Monitor and influencelegislative developments at the state level. Communicate with elected officials as well as officials inregulatory agencies at the state level relating to legislative developments, issues, rules, and regulations.

Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for acting as a mediator between the business, recruiters and potential employees. They need to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management providing trusted guidance on opening requisitions and scheduling candidate interviews.
