The National Affiliate Director provides leadership, oversight and strategic direction for Access Fund’s work to service and support the national network of local climbing organization (LCO) affiliates.

The Senior Development Manager will manage The GrowHaus’ day-to-day development operations in order to reach fundraising goals set by the Director of Development. To excel in this role, you must be a proven fundraiser with experience managing budgets, grant evaluations, and stewarding key funder relationships. You’ll also supervise The GrowHaus’ Development and Communications Coordinator, who you will work closely with in planning and implementing individual giving campaigns and events.

Planned Giving Officer

The Planned Giving Officer serves as a front line fundraiser to find and maintain donor support through planned giving vehicles such as beneficiary designations, wills, trusts, insurance policies, real estate and other charitable giving methods.

Upper School Learning Specialist (Full-Time)

This role is designed to facilitate student self-advocacy and responsibility for maximizing individual learning and partner with teachers to integrate best practices in teaching for all learners.
